Shay Astar (born September 29, 1981) was the actress who portrayed Elizabeth in Ernest Scared Stupid. She is originally from Santa Cruz, California. Her character had a mother who did not believe in Trantor and other trolls. She was friends with Ernest P. Worrell, Kenny Binder, and Joey. Asatar's character was also one of Trantor's victims as a wooden doll until Ernest defeated the troll at the end of this film.
